For sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or returns. 

Please make sure that you choose the correct item before checking out as there will not be any refunds or exchanges for mistakenly chosen/purchased products.

 Customer is responsible for shipping fees of order under $100.Items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that once shipped the Item is no longer in our control. You will be provided with tracking information as soon as products ship. 

Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 Shipping may take a little longer than usual. 

If you have any type of allergies or sensitive skin, it is recommended that you DO NOT use these lashes as they are 100% mink lashes which can cause reactions in such individuals. Even if you do not have a known allergy or sensitive skin, but experience redness, swelling or any kind of irritation, immediately remove the lashes. Seek assistance from a physician if needed. 

 Also, please make sure that you are aware of each piece of jewelry's metal content in the description before purchasing.

All Items are packed with extra care.  

• Carefully remove lashes from the tray starting with the inner corners, DO NOT pull the lashes from the middle as you can accidentally pull the hairs out.
• Store lashes back in to the box when done wearing, that will keep them shaped.
• If glue starts to build up on the lash band, you can remove it with your fingers tips or tweezers (recommended); take care to not pull the lashes off the band.
• DO NOT wash your lashes with water or any kind of soap. DO NOT add any oils to the lashes as this can damage them.
• With proper care, lashes can last up to 20 wears. 

• Apply mascara to your real lashes.
• Carefully remove lashes from the tray starting with the inner corner, do not pull the lashes from the middle as you can accidentally pull hairs out. 
• Lash bands are typically longer than needed. Make sure to size your lashes before applying the glue.
• To size, place the lash over your own natural lash line first. If the band is longer than your eyelid, cut it from the inner corner.
• Apply your choice of glue on the lash band (always use non-permanent glue; Duo Brand recommended). Let the glue set for 30 seconds on the band before applying.
• Apply the lashes in whatever manner works best for you: tweezers are recommended, but fingertips can be used as well. 
• Place the lashes over your own natural lash line.
• Once you are done wearing your lashes for the day, grab them from the inner corner and slowly pull them towards the outer corner.
• Place them back into the tray making sure you place them on the correct side for the next use. 

With proper care Lashes can be worn up to 20 times. 

Some of the Jewelry is only fashionable, meaning that if it is not cared for properly, then it may lose its look. If the jewelry does not specify that it is silver 925 / Plated 18k or otherwise of better quality, please take care to not submerge fashionable jewelry in water. 

To maintain the life of your jewelry, do not wear jewelry in water, while sleeping or when exercising. Avoid chemical contact (e.g., spraying perfume directly ), constant dropping, banging or scratching which will weaken it over time. 

Store in a cool, dry place. 

If needed, gently clean with a microfiber cloth. 

If you have placed a custom order, please keep in mind that it can take between 4-6 weeks to complete and ship. You will be kept updated with regard to any changes.
